All psychotherapy services are available only to residents of Ontario, Canada, who are physically located in Ontario at the time of service.

3. No Therapist–Client Relationship

Use of this website or contact through online forms does not establish a therapist–client relationship. Such a relationship is formed only after both parties have signed a written consent and service agreement.

4. Professional Standards

All clinical services are delivered by registered social workers in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) and are subject to its Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.

All text, images, and materials on this site are the property of Sharpe Social Work Professional Corporation. Users may not copy, quote, share, reproduce, or distribute any content from this site without explicit written consent from the Director of the Corporation.

  • Full payment is required prior to the release of any clinical documentation, including Letters of Completion.
  • Services are provided through secure video platforms and adhere to Ontario privacy and professional standards.
  • Fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.

Midtown Psychology Legal and Sharpe Social Work Professional Corporation are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this website, including reliance on its content.
